For example:

• Order before the weekly cut-off → Delivery on the upcoming Monday or Tuesday.
• Order after the weekly cut-off (12:00 PM) → Delivery moves to the following week's Monday or Tuesday.

This ensures enough time for meal preparation and packing.

Currently, Frozen Meal Plans are only delivered on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The Frozen Meal Plan is a weekly meal plan featuring frozen ready-to-eat meals that are portioned according to different daily calorie targets.

You can choose between:

• 5-Day Meal Plans
• 7-Day Meal Plans

Keep all meals frozen upon receiving them. Simply heat the meals according to the heating instructions on the packaging whenever you're ready to enjoy them.

We currently offer multiple calorie-controlled plans, including:

• 1,100 kcal/day
• 1,350 kcal/day
• 1,550 kcal/day
• 1,750 kcal/day
• 1,950 kcal/day

Each calorie level is available in either a 5-day or 7-day plan.

Both products contain frozen meals made by YoloFoods. The main difference is:

Frozen Meal Plan

• Designed around daily calorie targets.
• Meals are pre-selected to match your chosen calorie plan.
• Weekly rotating menu.

Frozen Bundles

• Organised by themes (e.g. High Protein, Low Carb, All-Time Favourites).
• Not designed around a specific daily calorie intake.
• Choose based on meal preferences rather than calorie goals.

Our menu rotates every 4 weeks, with a different selection of meals each week.

At the moment, Frozen Meal Plans do not support meal customisation or dietary requests. As each meal plan is carefully curated to meet the selected calorie target, we're unable to:

• Swap individual meals.
• Remove specific ingredients.
• Cater to food allergies or dietary restrictions.
• Replace meals based on personal preferences.
