Q-What happens after a YoloMeals and YoloEats order is placed?
A-Once you have placed your YoloMeals and YoloEats order, you will receive two emails:
1-Order notification with your payment receipt.
2-Order confirmation email. Please ensure to submit your delivery schedule and take note of our order processing time.
3-If you have indicated your preferred delivery date and time slot in your order, you will receive a delivery date confirmation email from our Customer Care team (this email can sometimes land in your spam, so be sure to check).
Q-Order Processing Time
Three (3) working days (excluding public holidays) are required to process your orders.
All online orders for YOLO Meal Plan and schedule delivery date submitted after 12.00pm on Mondays through Friday will be processed on the next working day.
YOLO Meal Plan orders and schedule delivery date submitted after 12.00pm on Friday will have the following Tuesday as the earliest delivery date available.
Q-If I order my YoloMeals and YoloEats today, when is the earliest delivery date available?
A-If you place your YoloMeals and YoloEats order before the cut off time of 12.00 pm, the earliest delivery date available will be in 3 days.
For orders received after 12.00 pm, the earliest delivery date available will be in 3 days.
Q-Can I select when my YoloMeals and YoloEats order will be delivered?
A-Yes, please indicate your preferred delivery date and delivery time slot in the “Notes” section prior to checking out your order online. If no delivery date and time slot is indicated in your order, our Customer Care team will contact you for confirmation.
Please take note of our order processing time when indicating your delivery date and time slot.
Q.How do I warm-up our YoloMeals and YoloEats products?
A.If you have kept your product chilled, you can warm it up with a pan/oven/microwave for a
duration of 3 minutes. If your product is frozen, we recommend warming it up for 8-10 minutes.
Q.How long can I keep my YoloMeals and YoloEats items for?
Your YoloMeals and YoloEats items can be kept for 5 days if kept chilled in the fridge between 1 to 5 degrees. If you keep the items in the freezer, it can last for up to 2 months.
Please check the individual labels for storage instructions.
Q-Can I customize YoloMeals and YoloEats items?
No. We do not cater to customized orders for YoloMeals and YoloEats.
Q-Can I request for a specific delivery time?
A- No. You may select your preferred delivery time slot of either anytime between 8.00 am to 1.00 pm or anytime between 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
We do not deliver on weekends for YoloMeals and YoloEats orders. Delivery will be made only on Weekdays (except public holidays), and anytime between 8.00 am to 12.00 pm or between 2.00 pm to 6.00 pm.
Q-Can I change my delivery date / address / delivery time slot?
A-Yes, please inform us at least 3 working days in advance before the cut off time of 12.00 pm. We are not able to accommodate any changes/amendment requests made after this period.

Q-What is the validity period of your Meal Plans?
5 day Meal Plan - 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
10 day Meal Plan - 4 weeks from the date of purchase.
30 day Meal Plan - 10 weeks from the date of purchase.
You are free to select any weekday for delivery of your meal plan within the validity period above, it doesn’t necessarily have to be consecutive days.
Q.How do I warm-up my Meal Plan meal?
A.Other than salads, you can warm it up in the microwave for a duration of 2 minutes, then stir to ensure even heating and reheat for another 2 minutes, if needed. Alternatively, you may heat up your meal in a pan or oven.
Q-What sort of Dietary requests do you accept?
A-We can accept the following requests:
Do note that we do not cater towards Gluten-Free dietary options in our Meals.
In order to meet your dietary requirements, your meal may be replaced with another meal which may not be on the day’s menu. The replacement will be subject to availability.
Q-Can I customize my Meal Plan?
A-We do not cater to customized orders for YOLO Meal Plan based on your macros, or multiple food items you do not want to eat.

A-FULL-DAY Meal Plans:
You will receive your food every morning between 8.00 am - 1.00 pm at the address you provided.
B-HALF DAY DINNER Meal Plans:
For dinner orders, you will receive your food between 2.00 pm - 6.00 pm.
Our Meal Plans are delivered on weekdays only (Mondays through Fridays), excluding public holidays.
Q-Do I have to pay additional delivery fee when I order your Meal Plans?
A-The delivery fee is already included in the price of the meal plan.

What happens after a Meal Plan order is placed?
Once you place your order for your YoloPlans, you will receive two emails:

Delivery Dates (it can sometimes land in your spam) to fill out your order dates if you opted for any orders spanning 10 or more days.
I received my food. Now what?
All our meals are ready to be consumed and we recommend reheating the food (other than salads) for 2-3 minutes depending on your preference.

What are the sort of Dietary requests that you do not accept?
While we strive to ensure we meet your dietary requirements, we seek your understanding as we are unable to accede to the following requests:
Vegan Meal Plans (we only have a Vegetarian option as an alternative)
Gluten-Free options
No onion / garlic / ginger
Numerous food ingredients you cannot eat
Customise plans based on your macros, or multiple foods you do not want to eat
How frequently do you change your menu?
Our menu is curated on a 2 week cycle basis.
The menu will be sent to you by email once every 2 weeks.
Can my meals be customised?
We do not cater to customised orders for YoloFoods, YoloPlans, YoloMeals and YoloEats.
Do you provide Atkins, Keto or Vegan plans?
Aside from our existing Meal Plan options, we currently do not have any plans that fit other dietary requirements but we will keep those in mind for our future plans. Subscribe to our newsletterto get updates on new menus or plans that may suit your lifestyle.
Are there any areas that you do not deliver to?
We deliver to most areas in Singapore.
Do note that we do not deliver to Restricted Areas such as airports, air bases, army camps, prisons, shipyards, etc. Should you be based in such areas, kindly set your delivery address to a Residential / Commercial area instead to prevent any issues with delivery
Do you guys deliver on weekends?
Due to low demand on weekends, we have ceased operations of our YoloPlans weekend delivery.
Our Meal Plans are delivered from Mondays through Fridays only, and we do not deliver on Public Holidays too.
We will be contacting you for alternative delivery dates should your pre-selected dates fall on either of the days where no deliveries are possible.
When will the food be delivered?
FULL-DAY Plans
You will receive your food every morning between 8.30am - 12.30pm at the address you provided.
Do note that specific time cannot be chosen for meal delivery.
HALF DAY Plans
For lunch orders, you will receive your food every morning between 8.30am - 12.30pm at the address you provided.
For dinner orders, you will received your food between 2.30PM-6.30PM.
Do note that specific time cannot be chosen for meal delivery.
If I buy a Meal Plan, can I change the delivery address?
Sure! You are free to change the delivery address on Meal Plan delivery for 10 Day options and above.
Once you have purchased a plan, you will receive a link to fill out your delivery dates and addresses. The address can change depending on the delivery date, it is all up to you!
Do I need to receive the food every day?
Our subscription plan is very flexible as you select when you receive your daily package. Once, twice or 5 times a week, is all up to you!
Note: Please bear in mind the number of weeks your plan is valid for while making your orders, eg. 10 Day plans are valid only for 4 weeks.
How do I get YOLO rewards points?

Customer Service Operation Hours
Our Customer Services are ready to be with you on Mondays through Fridays between 9.00am – 6.00pm.
Any emails / inquiries outside of these hours will receive a response within two business days.
We are closed on public holidays and weekends. No deliveries will be made during these times.
All other enquiries should be channeled through our Customer Services either via email, our web chatbox, Facebook Messenger or Instagram. Our outlets will not be able to assist your queries as all the information required to address your concerns are online.
What are YoloCoins?
How do I earn from sharing my referral link?
When someone purchases a meal using your link you will receive 10% off net sales in YoloCoins. For example, if they purchase a 30-day plan worth $1,000, you get $100 worth of YoloCoins to spend on our products… Almost a week worth of food!
How do I track how many YoloCoins I have collected?
Easy! Just head on over to your profile page and click “REWARDS” you will see your total coins there! You may also check your YoloCoins balance upon checkout.
How do I redeem with YoloCoins?
Are these YoloCoins entitled for all products of YoloFoods?
Nope, it is solely for YoloMeals and BYO only.
Is there a minimum spend to redeem my YoloCoins?
Nope, you can always use your earned YoloCoins to receive a rebate off your total order.
